LDCI offers a full range of services from Pre-Purchase Feasibility Reports, Boundary and Topographic Surveying, Development Plans, Land Planning, Site and Subdivision Plans, Civil Engineering, Permit Acquisition to Construction Administration and Stake-out. LDCI also provides services for Special Permit, Special Exception, Rezoning, and Variance for projects that are not permitted by-right.

History: Land Development Consultants, Inc. is the latest in the long line of organizations, dating back to 1965, with Art Hunsberger and Don Mori as founding partners, and Joe Monaco joining in 1972.  John Manganello purchased the firm in 1999, forming Land Development Consultants, Inc. (LDCI).

LDCI serves a diverse mix of clients from private builders and developers, federal and municipal governments, local school districts, architects, and more.  LDCI continues the longstanding commitment of providing quality civil engineering, land planning and surveying work to its valued clients.

LDCI is a member firm of the Engineers & Surveyors Institute (ESI), which requires continued education and peer reviews in various jurisdictions. Membership in ESI plus having an active designated plans examiner (DPE) on staff, provides the benefit of an expedited review process.
